That’s what I believe has truly help build Hi-Brow to the place it is today. I have an amazing group of girls that have a passion for what they do. I tell every girl that works for me that I will work hard for them so they don’t have to, I will have the tough conversations so they don’t have to. I promise them that they will grow financially and truly be able to support themselves alone.
The girls are not hourly or booth renters–they are in a commission based business. So when they provide a great service it’s because they care about you coming back and being part of our family. When they aren’t booked they don’t get paid. When booking an appointment you are asked for a credit card and we explain the agreement when we enter you in as a new client. We send notifications and reminders to your phone and email and even call. Our first response is not to charge you; we will call clients that we know are waiting to get in. We want to work with you and make you happy but also I have a group of girls that I have to make happy as well. I’m a mother, and I understand things happen; so let us work with you and you work with us!! In order for us to continue to grow we have to do these things but maybe this will help you understand us and maybe other business that have this same agreement in place!!
